  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candy
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Extra crushed candy for garnish

Instructions

Beat the Cream Cheese

  • Beat cream cheese in a bowl until soft, smooth, and creamy with no lumps.

Add the Sugar

  • Add powdered sugar to the cream cheese. Mix until sweet, fluffy and fully combined.

Add the Flavors

  • Add peppermint and vanilla extract. Mix again until the flavors blend well.

Whip the Cream

  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until it becomes thick and forms soft peaks.

Fold the Mixtures

  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mix. Stir slowly to keep it fluffy.

Add Food Color

  • Add a few drops of red color. Swirl lightly to create a pretty pink shade.

Add Crushed Candy

  • Fold in crushed peppermint candy. Mix gently without breaking the texture.

Fill the Cups

  • Spoon or pipe the mousse into small serving cups. Fill each cup evenly.

Add Toppings

  • Chill the cups before serving.
  • Use fresh peppermint candy for better crunch.
  • Add extra color for a deeper pink shade.
