The McDonald's Snack Wrap Recipe is quick, tasty and easy. It has crispy chicken, soft cheese, fresh lettuce and creamy sauce in a warm tortilla.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 slices cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch or honey mustard sauce
  • Oil for frying or spray if air frying

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Cut the chicken into long thin strips. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Coat the chicken in this mix.

Dip and Coat

  • Beat one egg in a bowl. Dip each chicken piece in the egg, then coat it with breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes. This makes it crispy.

Cook the Chicken

  • Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked inside, about 5 to 6 minutes. Or cook in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 12 minutes.

Warm the Tortillas

  • Heat tortillas in a dry pan for a few seconds. They should be soft and warm.

Build the Snack Wrap

  • Lay one tortilla flat. Place a cheese slice in the center. Add one or two chicken strips. Put some lettuce on top. Add ranch or honey mustard sauce.

Wrap It Up

  • Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling. Then fold the sides tightly to make a wrap.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Cut in half if you want. Serve warm with fries or a cold drink.

Notes

  • Use fresh chicken for better taste.
  • Grilled or crispy both taste great.
  • Add pickles or onions for extra crunch.
  • Warm the tortilla so it won’t break.
  • Try different sauces like BBQ or spicy mayo.
