  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 6 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese optional
  • 2 tbsp butter for buns
  • Lettuce leaves optional
  • Sliced tomatoes optional
  • Pickles optional
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise optional
  • 1 tsp mustard optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Beef

  • Put ground beef in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently.

Form the Patties

  • Divide beef into six equal parts. Shape each into a small patty.

Heat the Skillet

  • Place skillet on medium heat. Add a little oil or butter to prevent sticking.

Cook the Patties

Toast the Buns
