Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds kielbasa sausage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Slice the Kielbasa

  • Place kielbasa on a cutting board. Slice into thick pieces. Keep slices even for cooking.

Heat the Pan

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Let the oil warm gently before adding sausage.

Cook the Kielbasa

  • Add kielbasa slices to the pan. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and heated through.

Prepare the Mustard Dip
