Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fruit juice orange, grape, or strawberry
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 2 –4 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
  • Food coloring optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

Pour Juice in Saucepan

  • Put fruit juice in a small pan. Heat slowly. Don’t boil.

Add Gelatin

  • Sprinkle gelatin over juice. Wait 1–2 minutes to soften.

Heat Slowly

  • Heat juice and gelatin on low. Stir until it melts.

Add Sugar

  • Add sugar slowly. Stir until sugar dissolves fully.

Add Lemon Juice

  • Add lemon juice if you like a tangy taste. Stir well.

Add Vanilla Extract

  • Add vanilla for taste. Stir gently to mix.

Add Food Coloring

  • Add a few drops of food coloring. Mix gently for bright bears.

Prepare Silicone Mold

  • Place molds on a flat tray. This helps when filling.

Pour Mixture Carefully

  • Use a dropper or spoon. Fill each mold carefully.

Remove Bubbles

  • Tap molds on counter to remove air bubbles. Smooth surface.

Cool Slightly

  • Let molds sit 5–10 minutes before fridge.

Refrigerate to Set

  • Place molds in fridge. Let gummy bears set 1–2 hours.

Check Firmness

  • Press lightly. Bears should be firm but chewy.

Remove from Mold

  • Pop gummy bears out gently. Use toothpick if needed.

Trim Extra Edges

  • Use scissors to cut extra gelatin if any.

Store in Airtight Container

  • Keep gummy bears in jar. Store in fridge for freshness.

Serve as Snack

  • Eat directly from mold or plate. Kids and adults will love.
