Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Herbalife vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk or low-fat milk
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 3 –4 ice cubes

Instructions
 

Add Milk

  • Pour one cup of almond milk into the blender. You can also use low-fat or oat milk.

Add Protein Powder

  • Add two scoops of Herbalife vanilla protein powder. This gives the shake protein and flavor.

Add Strawberries

  • Put in half a cup of frozen strawberries. They make the shake fruity and thick.

Add Honey

  • Add one teaspoon of honey for natural sweetness. This step is optional.

Add Ice Cubes

  • Drop 3–4 ice cubes into the blender for freshness.

Blend Smooth

  • Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Pour into a tall glass. Add a straw and enjoy your cold strawberry shake.
