  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp celery seed
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional for spice

Instructions

Measure All Spices

  • Take all the spices and measure them one by one. Use clean measuring spoons. This helps to keep the flavor balanced.

Mix Everything Together

  • Put all the spices in a bowl. Use a spoon or whisk to mix them well. Make sure there are no lumps.

Taste and Adjust

  • Take a small pinch and taste it. If you want more salt, add a little more. If you like it spicy, add more cayenne pepper.

Store the Seasoning

Notes

  • Use fresh spices for a stronger flavor.
  • Mix everything well so all spices blend evenly.
  • Add smoked paprika if you like a smoky taste.
  • Keep it away from heat or moisture.
