Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp hot sauce Tabasco works
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Step 1: Heat butter and oil:

  • Put the saucepan on medium heat.
  • Add butter and olive oil.
  • Let them melt together.

Step 2: Add garlic:

  • Add minced garlic to the pan.
  • Stir until it smells nice.
  • Do not burn it.

Step 3: Add lime juice and spices:

  • Pour in lime juice.
  • Add red pepper flakes and hot sauce.
  • Stir to mix flavors.

Step 4: Add honey and cilantro:

  • Add honey for sweet touch.
  • Mix in fresh cilantro.
  • Add salt to taste.

Step 5: Simmer:

  • Cook for 5–7 minutes.
  • Stir often until flavors blend.
  • Remove from heat and serve warm.

Notes

  • Always use fresh lime juice.
  • Do not burn garlic.
  • Adjust spice to your liking.
  • Add more honey for less heat.
  • Fresh cilantro gives better taste.
