Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz wheat noodles
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame paste or peanut butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Cook the noodles

  • Boil water in a pot. Add noodles. Cook until soft. Drain and keep aside.

Make the sauce

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, and sesame paste. Add garlic, sugar, and sesame oil. Mix well until smooth.

Toss the noodles

  • Put noodles in a bowl. Pour the sauce. Toss well.

Garnish

  • Add chopped green onion. Add more chili oil if you like.

Serve

  • Serve hot or warm. Enjoy the spicy flavor.

  • Use fresh noodles for best taste.
  • Add less chili oil if you want mild.
