Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts cut in half
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

  • Set the oven to 400°F (200°C). Let it heat while you get the sprouts ready.

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

  • Wash and cut the sprouts. Dry them with paper towels. Dry sprouts get crispy when baked.

Season the Sprouts

  • Put the sprouts in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well so every piece is coated.

Roast the Sprouts

  • Spread them on a baking sheet in one layer. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy. Shake the tray halfway through so they cook evenly.

Cook the Bacon

  • While the sprouts bake, cook the bacon in a skillet. Cook until crispy, then take it out and drain on paper towels.

Make the Glaze

  • In the same pan, add butter, honey, and brown sugar. Stir for 1–2 minutes. Then add the balsamic glaze and mix until smooth and shiny.

Mix Everything Together

  • Add the roasted sprouts to the pan with the glaze. Toss them gently so they are all coated in the sauce.

Add Bacon and Serve

  • Add the bacon and parsley on top. Mix again and serve warm. Enjoy your homemade Cooper’s Hawk Brussels Sprouts Recipe.

Notes

  • Use fresh sprouts for the best crunch.
  • Do not crowd them on the tray; they roast better apart.
  • Add more honey if you want it sweeter.
  • Toss them right before serving to keep them crispy.
  • You can also cook them in an air fryer for extra crunch.
