- 1 lb Brussels sprouts cut in half
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices bacon chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Make the Glaze
In the same pan, add butter, honey, and brown sugar. Stir for 1–2 minutes. Then add the balsamic glaze and mix until smooth and shiny.
- Use fresh sprouts for the best crunch.
- Do not crowd them on the tray; they roast better apart.
- Add more honey if you want it sweeter.
- Toss them right before serving to keep them crispy.
- You can also cook them in an air fryer for extra crunch.
