Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter soft
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar mix

Instructions
 

Make the Filling

  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and thick. Chill the bowl for 10 minutes.

Mix the Butter and Sugars

  • Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. This makes soft cookie dough.

Add Egg and Vanilla

  • Add egg and vanilla to the bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy with no lumps.

Add the Dry Items

  • Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Add this mix into the wet bowl. Blend into soft dough.

Shape the Cookie Dough

  • Scoop small dough balls. Make a dent in the center for the cream cheese filling inside.

Add the Filling

  • Place a little cream cheese mix in the dent. Cover it gently with more dough.

Roll in Cinnamon Sugar

  • Roll each cookie ball in the cinnamon sugar. Coat the whole ball fully for flavor.

Bake the Cookies

  • Place cookies on a tray with parchment. Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.

Cool and Serve

  • Let cookies cool on a wire rack. Serve warm for the best soft texture.
