Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies 10 oz
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon optional
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions
 

Drain the Rotel

  • Open the Rotel can. Drain extra liquid. Keep only the tomatoes and chilies.

Mix Sour Cream and Mayo

  • Add sour cream and mayo to a bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Add Ranch Mix

  • Add the ranch seasoning. Mix well to blend the flavors.

Add Rotel Tomatoes

  • Add the drained Rotel tomatoes. Stir with a spoon until well mixed.

Add Cheese

  • Pour in the cheddar cheese. Mix until the dip looks thick and rich.

Add Bacon and Onions

  • Add bacon and green onions. Stir gently to keep the texture nice.

Chill the Dip

  • Cover the bowl. Chill in the fridge for one hour for best taste.
