Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped celery optional
  • 2 sandwich rolls or sub rolls
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Cucumber slices
  • Pickles optional
  • Cheese slices optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tuna

  • Open the tuna can and remove the water. Put the tuna in a bowl.

Add Mayo and Lemon Juice

  • Add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix them until smooth and creamy.

Add Spices and Veggies

  • Add salt, black pepper, onion, and celery. Mix gently until it all comes together.

Prepare the Bread

  • Cut your sandwich roll in half. You can toast it if you like.

Add Lettuce and Veggies

  • Put lettuce on the bread. Then add tomato and cucumber slices.

Add the Tuna Mix

  • Spread the tuna mix evenly on the veggies. You can also add cheese.

Close the Sandwich

  • Put the top half of the roll on top. Press gently.

Serve and Enjoy
