Ingredients
  

  • 300 g penne pasta
  • 400 g steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Penne

  • Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Steak

  • Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. Keep ready for cooking.

Heat the Pan

  • Add olive oil to a skillet. Heat on medium-high until shimmering.

Cook the Steak

  • Add steak to the pan. Sear each side 2–3 minutes until brown.

Add Garlic

  • Add minced garlic. Stir for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Make the Sauce

  • Pour honey and soy sauce over steak. Stir well to coat.

Simmer the Sauce

  • Lower heat. Let sauce bubble and thicken for 3–4 minutes.

Add Butter

  • Mix in butter. Stir until it melts and blends with sauce.

Combine Pasta and Steak

  • Add cooked penne to the pan. Toss gently to coat with sauce.

Garnish and Serve

  • Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve hot for the best flavor.
