- 10 pounds live crawfish
- 1 pound smoked sausage cut in pieces
- 6 corn ears cut in half
- 10 small red potatoes
- 2 lemons cut in half
- 1 cup Cajun seasoning Slap Ya Mama or Stalekracker mix
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 stick butter
- 1 onion peeled and halved
- 1 head garlic cut in half
- Optional: hot sauce for extra spice
Boil the Water
Fill your pot halfway with water. Add Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, bay leaves, butter, lemons, onion, and garlic. Let the water boil. It will start smelling amazing!
