Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
 

Make the Marinade

  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.

Marinate the Chicken

  • Place chicken in the bowl. Coat well with marinade. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.

Heat the Grill

  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush with little oil.

Grill the Chicken

  • Place chicken on the grill. Cook 6–8 minutes per side. Grill until golden and cooked inside.

Serve Hot

  • Place chicken on a plate. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not skip the marinating step.
  • Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
  • Do not overcook the chicken.
  • Rest chicken for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Add grilled veggies for extra taste.
