- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil
For decoration (optional):
