Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 5 oz tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha or hot sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
  • Optional: cucumber or avocado slices

Instructions
 

Drain the Tuna

  • Open the tuna can. Drain completely to remove excess liquid for better texture.

Place in Bowl

  • Put tuna in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Break it into small pieces with a fork.

Add Mayonnaise

  • Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Stir until fully combined and creamy.

Add Hot Sauce

  • Mix in Sriracha or hot sauce. Adjust according to your desired spice level.

Add Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil

  • Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well to add umami flavor.

Add Green Onion

  • Chop and add green onion. Stir to distribute evenly throughout the tuna.

Optional Garnish

  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Add cucumber or avocado slices if desired.

Taste and Adjust

  • Taste the mixture. Add more Sriracha or soy sauce if needed for stronger flavor.

Serve Immediately

  • Serve on rice, sushi rolls, sandwiches or crackers for a quick meal.

Store Leftovers

  • Place any leftovers in an airtight container. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.
