- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ green bell pepper chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 8 ounces salchichon sausage sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 cup elbow macaroni or small noodles
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 packet sazon seasoning
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Add Potatoes and Seasoning
Add the potatoes, oregano, salt, black pepper, and sazon seasoning. Mix well. Let it cook for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
