Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate melts
  • Mini chocolate chips for eyes and buttons
  • Orange sprinkles or candy for nose
  • Pretzel sticks for arms
  • Mini Oreo cookies for hats
  • Black decorating gel optional

Instructions

Crush the Oreos

  • Put Oreos in a food processor. Grind until you get fine crumbs. If you don’t have one, use a zip bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Mix with Cream Cheese

  • Add cream cheese to the Oreo crumbs. Mix until smooth and thick like dough.

Shape the Balls

  • Roll the dough into balls. Make some small ones for heads and bigger ones for bodies. Place them on parchment paper.

Chill the Balls

  • Put the balls in the fridge for 20 minutes. This helps them become firm.

Melt the White Chocolate

  • Put white chocolate in a microwave bowl. Heat in short steps and stir until smooth.

Dip the Balls

  • Use a toothpick to dip each ball into melted chocolate. Cover well and place back on paper. Stick the small ball on top of the big one before the chocolate sets.

Decorate the Snowmen

  • Add chocolate chips for eyes and buttons. Use orange candy for the nose. Add pretzel sticks for arms. Put a mini Oreo on top for a hat.

Let Them Set

  • Put the snowmen in the fridge for 10 minutes. The chocolate will harden and they’ll be ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for best taste.
  • Crush Oreos very fine for smooth dough.
  • Always chill before dipping in chocolate.
  • Melt chocolate slowly to keep it smooth.
  • Decorate before the chocolate gets hard.
