Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Optional:

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds

Prepare Ingredients

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a mixing bowl, combine oats, graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips and marshmallows. Stir well to mix.

  • Put the tray in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes. Chilling helps them firm up and hold their shape.

  • Once firm, enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for later.
