- 12 Skinner lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cups pasta sauce
- 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
Make the Meat Sauce
In a skillet, cook the beef and onion on medium heat. Stir until the beef turns brown. Drain the oil. Add pasta sauce, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix the Cheese Filling
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and one egg. Stir well until smooth. This will make the lasagna creamy.
