- 5 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked bacon chopped
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper
Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.
Cook bacon until crispy. Chop into small bits.
Dice the onion into tiny pieces.
Make dressing. Mix mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
In a big bowl, add broccoli, bacon, onion, raisins, and cheese.
Pour the dressing on top.
