Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk dairy or plant-based
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry or grape jam
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Instructions
 

Add Liquid First

  • Pour milk into the blender first. This helps the blades move smoothly and prevents sticking.

Add Peanut Butter

  • Add peanut butter to the milk. Make sure it is measured for balanced flavor.

Add Jam

  • Spoon the jam into the blender. Choose strawberry or grape for classic taste.

Add Banana

  • Peel and slice the banana. Add it to the blender for creaminess.

Add Ice
