- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp ginger
- 1 cup pumpkin puree canned
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin pan.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, soda, and spices.
Step 3: In another bowl, whisk pumpkin, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
Step 4: Add wet mix to dry mix. Stir gently.
