Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped pickles

Instructions
 

Boil the pasta

  • Fill a pot with water. Add salt and boil it. Add macaroni and cook until soft. Drain and let cool.

Make the dressing

  • In a bowl, add mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.

Chop the veggies

  • Cut celery, bell pepper, onion, and pickles into small pieces. Keep them crunchy.

Mix everything

  • Add pasta to the bowl with dressing. Add veggies too. Stir well until coated.

Chill before serving

  • Put the salad in the fridge for one hour. This makes the flavors blend better.

Notes

  • Do not overcook pasta. Keep it firm.
  • Cool pasta before mixing.
  • Use good BBQ sauce for better taste.
  • Chill the salad before serving.
  • Add extra veggies for crunch and color.
