Ingredients
  

  • Vodka – 4 ounces
  • Passion fruit puree – 2 ounces
  • Vanilla syrup – 1 ounce
  • Lime juice – ½ ounce
  • Egg white – 1 optional for frothiness
  • Ice cubes – as needed
  • Passion fruit – 1 for garnish

Prepare the Glass

  • Chill your martini glasses in the fridge for a few minutes. This keeps the cocktail cold longer. Clean and set them aside for easy pouring.

Add Ingredients to Shaker

  • Pour vodka, passion fruit puree, vanilla syrup and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes. If using egg white, add it for a creamy froth.

Shake the Cocktail

  • Secure the lid on the shaker. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds. This chills the drink and mixes ingredients well, creating a smooth, frothy texture.

Strain Into Glass

  • Use a strainer to pour the cocktail into chilled martini glasses. Ensure froth stays on top if using egg white. Pour slowly to avoid spilling.
