  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

Step 1: Make the dough

  • Mix flour, salt, and water. Knead smooth. Rest 15 minutes.

Step 2: Shape dumplings

  • Pinch dough pieces. Flatten into thin small shapes.

Step 3: Start the broth

  • Heat broth in pot. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.

Step 4: Add vegetables

  • Put carrot, onion, and cabbage in pot. Cook until soft.

Step 5: Add dumplings

  • Drop dough pieces in boiling soup. They float when cooked.

Step 6: Simmer and finish

  • Cook 10 minutes. Add green onions on top.
