Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Fresh chives for garnish

Instructions
 

Boil the Eggs

  • Place eggs in a pot. Cover with water. Boil for 12 minutes until fully cooked.

Cool the Eggs

  • Drain hot water. Place eggs in cold water. Let them cool completely before peeling.

Peel the Eggs

  • Peel eggs gently. Rinse to remove shell pieces. Pat dry with a towel.

Slice the Eggs

  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks carefully. Place whites on a plate.

Mash the Yolks

  • Put yolks in a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth and crumb-free.

Mix the Filling
