Ingredients
  

  • Ripe bananas mashed – 3 large
  • All-purpose flour – 1 1/2 cups
  • Sugar – 3/4 cup
  • Butter melted – 1/2 cup
  • Eggs – 2 large
  • Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

Instructions
 

Prepare the Oven and Pan

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan lightly with butter. You can also line it with parchment paper for easy removal after baking.

Mash the Bananas

  • Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl. Mash well using a fork until smooth. A few small lumps are fine and add texture.

Mix Wet Ingredients

  • Add melted butter to mashed bananas. Mix well. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is combined and smooth.

Combine Dry Ingredients

  • In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir well to evenly distribute the baking soda. This helps the bread rise properly.

Make the Batter

  • Add the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix. This keeps the banana bread soft and tender.

Pour into Pan
