Instructions
Step 1:
Wash meat, liver, kidney, and heart well. Cut small.
Step 2:
Heat butter on a big pan or wok.
Step 3:
Add onion, ginger, and garlic. Cook until light brown.
Step 4:
Add meat pieces. Cook on high flame.
Step 5:
Add tomatoes, chilies, and spices. Mix well.
Step 6:
Chop meat while cooking. This makes the “kata-kat” sound.
Step 7:
Cook until meat is soft and oil shows.
Step 8:
Garnish with coriander and lemon slices.
Notes
Use fresh meat and organs always.
Cook on high flame for smoky taste.
Add butter for rich flavor.
Chop meat while cooking for real sound.
Serve hot with naan.
