Ingredients
  

  • Jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined – 1 pound
  • Butter – 4 tablespoons
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic minced – 5 cloves
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley chopped – 2 tablespoons

Instructions
 

Prepare the Shrimp

  • Rinse the shrimp well. Pat them dry with a clean towel for better cooking.

Heat the Butter

  • Melt butter in a pan. Add olive oil to stop the butter from burning.

Add the Garlic

  • Add minced garlic to the hot butter. Cook until it smells strong and golden.

Cook the Shrimp

  • Add shrimp to the pan. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and curl slightly.

Add Seasonings

  • Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well so the shrimp get full flavor.

Add Lemon Juice

  • Pour lemon juice. Mix gently to balance the garlic flavor with fresh taste.

Add Parsley

  • Add chopped parsley at the end. Stir to give the dish fresh color and smell.

Rest and Serve

  • Remove from heat. Let the shrimp rest for one minute before serving warm.
