  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 12 oz egg noodles

Instructions
 

Cook the Beef

  • Heat oil in a skillet. Add beef strips. Cook until brown, then remove from pan.

Sauté the Onion and Garlic

  • Add onion to the same pan. Cook until soft. Stir in garlic for one minute.

Cook the Mushrooms

  • Add mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté until they are golden and tender.

Make the Sauce

  • Pour in beef broth. Stir in Dijon mustard. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Return Beef to Pan

  • Add the cooked beef back. Mix well with the sauce and mushrooms.

Add Sour Cream

  • Reduce heat. Stir in sour cream slowly. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Season the Stroganoff

  • Add salt and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Cook the Noodles

  • Boil egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Combine Noodles and Sauce
