Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup pistachios chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or candy pieces optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
 

Prepare Baking Sheet

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This prevents chocolate from sticking and makes removal easy.

Melt White Chocolate

  • Use a microwave or double boiler. Heat slowly, stirring often until smooth and glossy.

Spread Chocolate

  • Pour melted chocolate onto the baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread evenly about 1/4 inch thick.

Add Toppings
