  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions
 

Prepare the Turkey

  • Place turkey breast flat on a board. Pound gently until even thickness.

Season the Turkey

  • Season turkey with salt, pepper and olive oil on both sides.

Prepare the Filling

  • Mix spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, thyme and melted butter in a bowl.

Spread the Filling
