Ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish lightly with butter or non-stick spray.

Prepare Spinach and Artichokes

  • Drain and chop artichokes. Thaw frozen spinach, squeeze out excess water. Set aside.

Cook Garlic

  • In a skillet, sauté minced garlic with a small amount of olive oil for one minute until fragrant.

Mix Cream Cheese

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Use a spatula or electric mixer.

Add Mayonnaise and Sour Cream

  • Stir in mayonnaise and sour cream until fully combined. Mixture should be creamy and smooth.

Add Cheese and Seasoning

  • Mix in Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, pepper and optional red pepper flakes. Stir well for even flavor.

Combine Spinach and Artichokes

  • Fold chopped artichokes and spinach into the cheese mixture. Ensure all ingredients are well combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish

  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake Dip

  • Place dish in preheated oven. Bake 20–25 minutes until top is golden and bubbly.

Serve Warm

  • Remove from oven and let cool 2–3 minutes. Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for better flavor
  • Squeeze spinach well to avoid watery dip
  • Use full-fat cream cheese for creamier texture
  • Grate cheese yourself for better melting
  • Bake until bubbly for perfect consistency
  • Serve immediately for warm, melty dip
  • Stir halfway during baking for even browning
