Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz lasagna noodles cooked
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1/2 lb scallops
  • 1/2 lb crab meat
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Heat the oven to 375°F. Butter the baking dish.

Cook the Noodles

  • Boil noodles until soft. Drain and place them on a towel.

Prepare the Sauce

  • Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and whisk for two minutes.

Add Milk Slowly

  • Pour in milk little by little. Keep stirring to remove lumps.

Season the Sauce

  • Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic. Stir until creamy.

Cook Seafood

  • Lightly cook shrimp and scallops in a pan. Do not overcook them.

Mix Seafood and Sauce

  • Add crab, shrimp, and scallops to the sauce. Stir gently.

Layer Lasagna Noodles

  • Place noodles in the dish. Add a layer of seafood sauce.

Add Cheese

  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan. Repeat layers until done.

Top with Cheese

  • Add a final layer of cheese. Sprinkle parsley on top.

Bake the Lasagna

  • Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes.

Let It Rest

  • Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
