Ingredients

  • 1 bottle rosé wine 750 ml, chilled
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or soda
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

Prepare the fruits

  • Wash all fruits properly. Slice the orange and lemon into thin rounds. Cut strawberries into slices. Keep raspberries whole. Fresh fruits make the sangria colorful and full of flavor.

Mix the base

  • In a large pitcher, add orange juice and sugar. Stir well until sugar dissolves completely. This creates a sweet base that blends nicely with the wine.

Add the wine

  • Pour chilled rosé wine into the pitcher. Stir gently to combine with the juice mixture. Make sure everything mixes evenly without losing the fresh flavor.

Add the fruits

  • Add all the prepared fruits into the pitcher. Stir lightly so fruits spread evenly. The fruits will soak the liquid and add natural sweetness.

Chill the sangria

  • Cover the pitcher and place it in the fridge for at least one hour. This step is important. It allows all flavors to blend perfectly.

Add sparkle and serve

  • Before serving, add sparkling water or soda for a fizzy touch. Add ice cubes and stir gently. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use chilled rosé wine for best taste
  • Choose fresh and ripe fruits
  • Do not skip chilling time
  • Adjust sugar based on your taste
  • Add soda just before serving
  • Use clear glasses for better presentation
