  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Cauliflower

  • Remove leaves and cut cauliflower into thin snowflake-like slices for even roasting.

Season the Cauliflower

  • Place cauliflower in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Toss to Coat

  • Mix well so each piece is coated evenly with oil and seasonings for best flavor.

Arrange on Baking Sheet

  • Place cauliflower pieces in a single layer on the sheet. Avoid crowding to ensure crisp edges.

Roast in Oven

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes. Turn halfway through for even golden and tender florets.

Add Parmesan

  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan over roasted cauliflower. Return to oven for 2 more minutes to melt.

Garnish and Serve

  • Remove from oven. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm as a side dish for any meal.
