  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat or imitation crab
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wonton chips crackers, or vegetables for serving

Instructions

Preheat Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or spray an oven-safe dish to prevent sticking.

Mix Cream Base

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Add Cheese and Seasonings

  • Add mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Mix gently to combine evenly.

Add Crab and Onions

  • Fold in cooked crab meat, chopped green onions and lemon juice. Stir carefully to keep crab chunks intact.

Transfer to Baking Dish

  • Spoon the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Smooth the top evenly with a spatula.

Bake the Dip

  • Place in preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes. Dip should be hot, bubbly, and slightly golden on top.

Serve Warm

  • Remove from oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes. Serve with wonton chips, crackers, or cut vegetables for dipping.

Notes

  • Use softened cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • Chop green onions finely for even flavor.
  • Use fresh crab for the best taste.
  • Bake until bubbly for perfect texture.
  • Serve immediately for the warmest, creamiest dip.
