  • Tomato paste – 2 tablespoons

Instructions
 

Boil the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add spaghetti. Cook until al dente. Drain and reserve some water.

Heat Olive Oil

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Let it warm gently without smoking.

Cook Garlic

Combine Pasta

Adjust Texture

  • Add reserved pasta water slowly. This helps create a smooth and glossy sauce.

Season

  • Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix gently to balance flavors.

Finish and Serve

  • Turn off heat. Sprinkle parsley on top. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese.
