Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise – ½ cup
  • Sour cream – ¼ cup
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh dill chopped – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Instructions
 

Cook the Potatoes

  • Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes. Drain when tender and cool slightly.

Prepare the Lobster

  • Chop cooked lobster meat into bite-sized pieces. Keep it chilled until ready.
