Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 2 tablespoons limoncello
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves chopped

Instructions

Wash and Prepare the Fruit

  • Wash all fruits carefully under cool water. Pat them dry using a clean towel. Slice strawberries and grapes into bite-sized pieces. Place all prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.

Make the Lemon Syrup

  • In a small saucepan, combine honey and lemon juice. Heat gently over low heat. Stir until the honey melts completely and forms a smooth syrup.

Add Limoncello Flavor

  • Remove the syrup from heat. Stir in the limoncello and lemon zest. Mix well so the citrus flavor spreads evenly through the syrup.

Combine Fruit and Syrup

  • Pour the warm lemon syrup over the fruit in the bowl. Toss gently using a spoon. Make sure every fruit piece gets lightly coated.

Add Fresh Mint

  • Sprinkle chopped mint leaves over the fruit salad. Mix lightly again. The mint adds a fresh aroma and extra brightness.

Chill the Salad

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Chilling allows the flavors to blend together beautifully.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Remove the fruit salad from the fridge. Stir gently before serving. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra mint if desired.

Notes

  • Use fresh and ripe fruit for the best flavor.
  • Do not overmix the fruit to avoid breaking it.
  • Chill the salad before serving for better taste.
  • Add lemon zest for stronger citrus aroma.
  • Use high-quality limoncello for a richer flavor.
