Ingredients
  

  • Boneless chicken breasts – 2 large
  • Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Fresh lemon juice – 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon zest – 1 teaspoon
  • Dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic minced – 1 teaspoon
  • Celery chopped – ½ cup

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken

  • Boil chicken breasts in salted water for twenty minutes. Remove and let cool completely.
