Ingredients
  

  • Halibut fillets – 4 pieces about 6 oz each
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons chopped
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon
  • Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the Grill

  • Heat the grill to medium-high. Clean the grates well. Lightly oil the grill to prevent the fish from sticking.

Prepare the Marinade

  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt and black pepper. Mix well for even flavor.

Marinate the Fish

  • Brush the halibut fillets with the marinade on both sides. Let them rest for 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Grill the Halibut

  • Place fillets on the preheated grill. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side. Fish should be opaque and easily flake with a fork.

Remove and Serve

  • Carefully remove the halibut using tongs. Place on a serving plate. Optional: garnish with extra parsley or lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
