  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare the Herbs

  • Wash and dry all fresh herbs carefully. Chop parsley, chives, dill and basil finely. Fresh herbs give the dip its bright green color and flavor.

Soften the Cream Cheese

  • Let cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes. This makes it easier to blend and ensures a smooth dip texture.

Blend the Base

  • Add cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides if needed.

Add Garlic and Lemon

  • Add minced garlic and fresh lemon juice to the mixture. Blend again briefly to combine flavors evenly.

Mix in Fresh Herbs

  • Add chopped herbs to the processor. Pulse gently until herbs are evenly mixed. Do not over-blend to keep the color bright.
