Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions
 

Make the Marinade

  • Mix olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar and Worcestershire in a bowl.

Add Garlic and Spices

  • Stir in minced garlic, mustard, sugar, oregano, salt and pepper.

Marinate the Steak

  • Place steak in a bag. Pour marinade over it. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Preheat the Grill
