Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grapes cut in halves
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup almonds sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

Cook and prepare chicken

  • Cook chicken in a pan with a little salt and water. Let it cool completely. Cut into small cubes or shred into pieces for easy mixing later.

Make the dressing

  • In a bowl, add mayonnaise and yogurt. Mix until smooth. Add curry powder, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir well until the dressing looks creamy and balanced.

Add the chicken

  • Place the cooked chicken into the large mixing bowl. Pour the prepared dressing over it. Mix gently so every piece of chicken is well coated.

Add fruits and crunch

  • Add grapes, chopped celery, and sliced almonds into the bowl. Mix slowly so the ingredients stay fresh and keep their texture.

Taste and adjust

  • Taste the salad and adjust seasoning if needed. Add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if you want stronger flavor. Mix again lightly.

Chill before serving
