Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz bittersweet chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
  • Powdered sugar for topping

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cake pan with parchment paper.

Melt Chocolate and Butter

  • Melt chocolate and butter together in a saucepan. Stir until smooth.

Cool the Mixture

  • Remove from heat. Let chocolate mixture cool slightly.

Add Sugar

  • Add sugar to chocolate mixture. Whisk until well mixed.

Add Eggs

  • Add eggs one at a time. Whisk after each egg.

Add Vanilla

  • Stir in vanilla extract until smooth.

Add Dry Ingredients

  • Add flour and salt. Mix gently until combined.

Pour Batter
