Instructions
 

Prepare the Asparagus

  • Wash the asparagus well. Cut off the hard ends. Slice the stalks into small pieces.

Chop the Onion

  • Chop the onion into small pieces. Try to keep them the same size.

Heat the Pot

  • Place a pot on medium heat. Add butter and let it melt slowly.

Cook the Onion

  • Add the chopped onion. Stir until it turns soft and clear.

Add Garlic

  • Add minced garlic. Cook for one minute until the smell becomes warm.

Add Asparagus

  • Add the asparagus pieces. Stir well so they mix with butter and onion.

Add Broth

  • Pour broth into the pot. Make sure it covers all the asparagus.

Season Lightly
